I have just done the same on my WR250 04 and she was solid.... just keep soaking and hitting and eventually it moves. You may need a new pivot pin due to damaging it on removal or like had to do just turn it down and clean the thread on a lath

Unless you want to strip the bike down to the bare frame and have a machine shop press it out you just have to keep soaking with WD and hitting with bigger hammers!! As stated above you'll most likely need a new shaft as the old one will end up beyond repair, you need someone who trusts you whilst holding a drift then lay in with a sledge hammer! It'll go eventually.

Use PB Blaster, it's 100 times better than WD-40

is the swingarm still in the bike and the engine mount/ pivot is frozen, or the bearings are stuck in the swingarm??
