This certainly isn't going to work, about 5mm difference in the length. I don't remember reading that we swapped mainshafts, have i been cheesed with the wrong 6 speed? Any ideas? DSC01018.JPG

    Rob,

If you didn't get the e-mail, the 360 and 98 and earlier 250's used a bolt/washer to hold the CS sprocket on. That is the difference and not an issue although definitely use some blue locktite when you install the cs sprocket. The clutch shaft is also slightly shorter at the clutch end. Not an issue at all. The 360 uses one less clutch plate pair so it doesn't have the little flange at the end of the shaft.

When you get the right sprocket on there it will all be fine.
