Proper Powder Coat Code for Frame

I am restoring a 1972 Husky 250WR and have the frame and related pcs. ready for the powder coater. Having gone through all of the posts on Cafe Husky I find two relevant posts, one on 2/11/2010 and the other on 6/7/2016. Can anyone shed some light on which is best or is there another, better option. In addition, since the previous owner painted everything, with a brush no less, is the rear brake rod painted or is it a plating of some kind? Thanks in advance.
