    Hi to everybody!!

    Recently i have bought a Keihin Pwk AS (ex tm300), and i have istalled it on mu husky (wr 250 04). the carb has this jetting: pilot jet 38, needle n1ec 3rd, main jet 178 7#slide. i am around 100m alt.

    I don't know that needle profile, but I'd guess that if it starts OK with the 38, then it's OK. The diameter is a little small and if it's dual taper then main's too big.

    Looks like a KTM needle. ???

    i have seen the jd jetting kit... (not easy to found in italy) it's good???

    Yes, JD jetting kits are good. The JDKH06 kit is a generic PWK kit that has just the needles. With that and a few smaller mains and larger pilots you should be able to hit something good.

    I'm getting ready to do a little work on my PWK with some JD needles, too.

    On my 04 I have 42 3 1/2 turns,7 slide, DDK 4th, and 172. Everything is good at your elevation except a little burrble off idle. It isn't bad because it smooths out the hit in the tight stuff. My next move though is to try a 40 pilot and see what happens.
