FE/FC Race Tech WP 4cs fork fix?

Anyone here have any experience or input regarding Race tech revalving of WP suspension. With roughly 4,000 miles on my Fe 501 s I'm ready to throw down and have my suspension both front and rear revalved. I have had great success in the past with RaceTech. My mechanic here at the local Husqvarna dealer has done wonders to my suspension using Race Tech products. I recently had my suspension worked over on three bikes with phenomenal results. A Yamaha wr 250r , Yamaha WR 426 and a Honda Xr 650r. I am wondering if I can expect similar results from my White Power suspension as I did from my Japanese bikes. I am also driving distance from 707 racing suspension. I've considered them as an option. I have also heard good things about Still Well racings WP suspension mods. Right now I'm not prejudiced I just want the plushest suspension I can get. Right now I'm mostly satisfied with my rear shock it could be a bit plusher however it does the job the front forks AR a bit more harsh in most situations than I prefer. I'm looking for a setup that is super plush in the initial top stroke but very bottom resistant two extremely high speed hits I don't do any Extreme Air Motocross type stuff just insanely fast trail riding I see a lot of rutted out roads strewn with rocks. This winter I plan to ride my bike down the Baja Peninsula all the way to the tip and back mostly on off road trails

I can't speak to Race Tech, but you might also look at Factory Connection as they also have an excellent 4CS fix (and they have a shop location not that far from you in Portland, OR so you could probably get your forks back pretty quickly). 25 hours or so on mine and it's a night and day difference...I was ready to toss the 4CS in the dumpster prior to the fix. No more spiking on square-edged hits, no more mid-stroke wallow, no more metal-on-metal bottoming.

I've used RT adjustable bases and G2r valves in my forks with success. Saying that I had custom shim settings and still couldn't stop them bottoming on jumps

BTW all this was about is Race Tech,
from my RT connection (RT master Tech Mike Crow) they're doing the reconfigure mod like other shops (ZipTy, ProCircuit for example) they have their own Comp base valves and use their Gold valves as well. You can look it up on the website its extensive.
I would not hesitate to use the Race Tech reconfigure set up. REB on top and Comp at bottom of both legs.

So back to RaceTech thread, yes they (he-engineer Paul Thede and crew) have a very effective reconfigure modification for the 4CS forks. My suggestion is that if you do go with Race Tech spend the cash and get their full boat modification with all the bells and whistles. They have a very strong data base for proper initial set up.

(My choice was ZipTy Racing, one because I trust the guy to deliver what works for what my preferred focus set up is*, but also because at the time he was pioneering the conversion there was not much other choice yet , so I stick with Ty for any upgrades to the "system")
* my preferred focus is on Tecate/SoCal type rocky single track (a lot like NE type single track but drier) and Ty has won more than few races in that terrain so he knows what set up works.

You might wanna also consider giving Corey at Protune a call. He gets real good reviews on both TT and KTMTALK. He does a complete rework with added components or a SSS internal swap for ~$900. I haven't used him as I had ENZO do my bike as they are 10 miles from my house. But if I'm not happy with it (only 1 ride before I broke my finger), for his pricing, I'll be sending the forks off to Corey.

Nailed it IMO. Corey is doing fantastic work right now. If my bike did not have both gold valves already installed, my suspension guy was not a Racetech service center, I would in a second send my forks to Cory for the SSS internals. Heck still may send them out to him if I don't like this Racetech set up.
I am also very very interested in Dal Soggio Ray and sphere kit... We would get it from CSR suspension in 'merica.

Sure are a lot of witch doctors trying cure the evil 4CS fork demons. The 4CS are definitely a cash cow for the industry. I do believe it is best to get the suspension tuned for the rider anyways.

Blown away with the racetech set up!!! The bike is 100% better than stock!! Motovate racing in Rifle Colorado is doing awesome work to the 4CS
