Andrew DeLong - 4th place OA I got a solid 6th 200A after a slow start. A very muddy slippery event. Lots of hills and off cambers too. Not too bad for a 57 yo. 4 out of the 5 finishers ahead of me were SERA AA riders. Other notable HQA mentions were : Nick Davis - Pro - 11th OA Craig DeLong - 2nd 250A - 15th OA
Sounds like very good riding! .. You mist have healed up pretty well ... Probably still got some pains from the shoulder work?
No, Shoulder is doing well. My left every once in a while gives me a 1 or 2 on the pain scale. Nothing compared to what it once was. I'm pleased with results.
