???????? Reassembled bike and took out for run. The right rad seems to have alot of steam rolling off it? Fluid level okay and can't see a leak/ cap tight/ hose clamps tight / not overfilled. Next adjusted my float height and took out for spin again. Came back and Rad steaming again? Ran bike for 1/2 hour. I know that when filled the radiator couple weeks ago. Some spilled down the rad but I wiped it up. I bet if I go let the bike warm up right now it will do the same. Hope don't have a pin hole. Any thoughts?

I don't know what you were working on- or if it could be related. If you spilled some filling and didn't rinse with water- I bet its just burning off residue. Did the motor get hot enough to boil. I'd rinse it with the hose then let it warm up. Check your cross over hose and fittings too.

If it's still steaming, after fully warmed up, try mixing a little dish soap and water, in a spray bottle, and spray small areas (while it's still hot-'pressurized');work your way up from the bottom to the top, in small areas...you should get a 'foamy soap' indicator to highlight the leak ('poor man's leak detector :D)

Check everything and all hoses are tight and not leaking. There is no antifreeze ponding on the bottom of rad, below fins. Getting ready for travel but when I get back I'll let her get good and hot again and see what happens. I will try rinsing it off then will try the spray bottle/soap trick.
