Less than 300 miles on the bike and I noticed the rear brake disc rattling. All of the bolts are loose!! But they feel tight. They must be loaded with locktite. Tried to tighten the first bolt (6mm) and it snapped like it was made of plastic. Anyone had this problem?

It is a floating disc design. There is some good discussion about these in a few other Cafe Husky threads. Search "floating disc"

Sorry to hear you broke a bolt before posting. I had the same concern, but luckily did a search here first.

The sound that the floating disc makes is pretty annoying.

Never seen or heard of a "floating" disc before but I learned a lesson. Don't always assume that something is wrong. Got the broken bolt out this afternoon with an extractor.

I did a search because I had the same situation...A loose (floating) rotor. I feel much better now!
