Home Team I've got a dumb question...

When checking and measuring rear shock sag, should the measuring scale be positioned [in rear axle] perpendicular (90 degrees) to the ground, or close to parallel to the shock axis?

    Thanks,
    R

I normally use the rear axle and measure using a point of reference roughly 90deg from the ground.

Thanks, 72racerx. I appreciate your reply. I imagine my question may seem a no-brainier, but I really had no clue and want to do the measurement correctly. Thanks again!
