Rectifier Blue Wire

I need some help figuring out where the blue wire coming off the rectifier connects. I've had my bike apart for several months and didn't take picture of this connector before disassembly. I looked at the schematic but it didn't point specifically where to connect. I don't remember it connecting to the negative terminal of the battery but don't see anything else close by.

Any pointers?

It's a ground wire and is tied to bolt holding VR on.

Thanks. I didn't take the rectifier off so who know where the PO had it grounded.
