I've tried ordering an "in stock" regulator for my TE310R from 3 different places now only to get an email a few days later saying they don't have any and they're discontinued.

Wondering if anyone's found an aftermarket option that works. RM Stator and Rick's don't have any available either.

I noticed my regulator has the same "SH803AA" printed on it as the 2012-2016 KTM regulators. Has anyone used one of those successfully?

Following up on this in case anyone's wondering...

I tried both a cheap "DB" regulator and expensive RM Stator regulator for the 2012-2016 KTM's. Both regulate voltage fine but the ground switching circuits for the DC and Power wires is never triggered. I haven't really figured out why. Maybe the 310 has a lower output stator than the KTM's so it's not triggering the regulator to switch to ground?

(A side note: the Power and DC/Lighting wires are swapped between KTM and Husqvarna.)

Since I can't find a replacement OE regulator for this bike anywhere I kept the RM regulator and rerouted the white and green (Power & DC) leads to a key switch and a light switch. I also modified the fan circuit to get power from the "Power" circuit instead of the DC/light circuit. That way the fan will still kick on if I forget to turn the lights on. Bike works again!

Im in the same seat as you. For me more or less because I dont like to spend unnecessary dollars. Im not 100% sure its the voltage regulator but I suspect it is. I have found a similar regulator for $5. It has the same specs and same contact. Its for a 125/150cc scooter. It has not arrived yet but Ill know in a couple of days . Not for my Husky though. Its for my 2018 Gasgas.
