If I didn't have 18" of snow on the ground I would give my 2 cents worth on my newly installed Rekluse buuuuuut...
Had one on my 07 Honda 450R, 05 RM250, and my 08 Husky WB165. Loved them in all those bikes. My next new bike will have one too.
Im really considering picking up the 399$ exp set up. Brake tapping in the air, brake sliding, real slick conditions, i can see all sorts of benefits for moto. My biggest reservation with buying one is i have two bikes. I get the feeling id want one for both. 399 suddenly becomes 800 bucks, not so fun anymore!
It works really good for riding through 18" of snow pack. Comes in handy when you have to jump off and push the bike through. AMHIK Rims are nice and clean now
In 2002 when the 450CRFs came out we all had flame out stalls in the corners at first, even the top experts were. Slowly we started using auto clutches and life was good. They work so good I raced the Alligator Enduro with my 450 mx bike and had a blast in the Senior class, and that is a tuff race for us northerners in the winter as we're not quite in shape yet. I have one on my WR 250 Huskie and it is a cheater bike. The clutches last forever. I use Honda friction plates in the Huskie and Rotella oil.
