hey guys my front sprocket seal is gone my mechanic said the bearing inside is gone and im not to sure on how to strip down motor to get to it what's the best and quickest way?
I'm not sure on your specific model but any bike i've owned would require the cases splitting to replace that bearing.
I'm thinking the same thing, splitting the cases is an onerous task for the average guy. If you were to split the case for that bearing you might consider doing a full overhaul. Bearings are cheap, the labour cost for dismantling is what stings.
yeah I was going to do it myself and do a full rebuild just wasn't sure if there was an easier way without pulling motor apart.
