Anyone attend a Rich Lafferty class? I did a few hours with him last week as a single lesson and it was awesome! We worked on some basic fundamentals and it was cool to see how some small adjustments made such a big difference. He is a really cool guy and was very patient with me. I am planning on doing it again next year as the next step in my development. Curious what other peoples experience was?
I've ridden two of his classes a couple years apart, but it has been a a few years. It was a great experience, as Rich has a real ability to teach riding techniques. I would love to take some private lessons from him, but it hasn't come together. I rode with Shane Watts last year and it was very good, but I think Rich's slightly different approach works better for me.
The key to those classes is to use the skills that are taught. Most guys go back to old habits within a week of taking the class. If you can train yourself to use the skills the classes are great.
