This may be a thought for you... Hastings Valley Motor Cycle Club is having a Pony Express at Mt Seaview on the Oxley Hwy between Port Macquarie and Armidale. It is on private property and should be a great weekend. My children are riding it. Racing on Sunday for 4 hours (adults), can be done in teams of 2 or by yourself. Google the club name and have a look at the website for more details. I know a long way from the South Coast but could be of interest to those north of Sydney.
