Still not too comfortable on the bike that "bit" me last August. Heck, I'm still not healed up from that crash. But with red sticker season stretched out until October around here, I will will have to get comfortable on the "heavy one". Sometimes, music helps.;)

I just came from a ~12 miles or so of various lava-rock trails, making that sand you are riding so soft and smooth for riding :)...

Hey DD you nailed that soft stuff really well. Think you have the 450 monkey off your back for sure. Funky music by the way.

I forgot about the music ... I'm guessing that was the 'techno sound' that was popular once upon a time in the past and lasted about as long as disco?

The name of that little tune, is something that I don't want to do with my bike: "Drop It".:D

Thats like saying the gun that shot me. Guns dont shoot people people shot people. Bikes don't crash, people crash bikes.

Nope. Wrong analogy. I crash from time to time, but seldom get bitten in the crash, but frankly, I don't remember much about how this one actually happened.

Both statements true to a point. I'm pretty sure there's been a time or two that I found my ass on the ground resulting from a distinct difference of opinion between me and the bike. I'm one of those weirdo's that believe machines have souls.

Ever said, "come on baby, you can do it" to your bike? I've promised oil changes, baths, fresh tires etc. to bikes and cars alike to get me outta some situation or another along the way.

Glad you had a good time DD.

And anything made to act in it's unnatural state will bite you.( airplanes want to be on the ground, motorcycles and bikes want to lay on their sides and on an on)

In a perfect world, you betcha. In my line of work all kinds of things interect with each other when the designers swear it shouldn't happen that way. Then again, if everything worked outta the box forever...I'd have to find a job doing something boring.:D

I name my cars and bikes. I tell them I love them, and I think they know it.

I talk to my transmitters too. I'm not that lonely, and I don't think the aliens are reading my thoughts...anymore.:excuseme:

You sound peaceful at least ... Do humanity a small favor and keep it that way, OK? :) ... No malice on my part towards anyone... Just a few simple words ...

Gravity? :) ... The first time man or woman accomplished 2 feet off the ground at the same time for the moment, gravity was put in the back seat. And yes, you gotta watch playing with mother nature ...

I call my bikes names, but probably should not say them here.

I drop a socket while changing the oil and it's the bikes fault :).
