I ordered a new clutch basket since my fingers were worn. And I ordered new rivets as well. They look like the top of a nail. Just without the point. Is there a way to set these or a tool? Maybe some videos or pictures if anyone can help me. Thank you

I just looked at that. Thanks! But confused about setting the rivet.. It's heated and installed so the flat end is on the back of the basket were the gear is... Then is that side set on a anvil and then you hammer the end that is inside where the clutch plates would sit??

I found a steel sleeve the diameter of the rivet circle and flattened the gear side with a punch with the sleeve supporting the heads on the inside. If you have a helper he can support them with a punch that is stood on end on an anvil or similar, while holding the basket..
The rivets for the 125 are small and not hard so can be set cold. Go around the rivets much like you would torque a circle of bolts, flaring them a little at a time to keep things lined up.

I looked at the rivets and they aren't hollow.. So I put the flat end of the rivet on the gear end? And hammer the other end thats in the basket And it will peen the end?
