A Rusi is some sort of China made bike ...RUSI motorcycles are assembled in Cebu by the company Ramas Uypitching and Sons Inc. Hence the name RUSI. The company is primarily located in Dumaguete City. Technology is from either Lifan or Loncin. Either way, they are very efficient, durable and affordable motorcycles...

I've seen these off-road models for about ~3 yrs now and not sure of the changes made over that time but now I am seeing these bikes on the trails and even the small MX tracks here. They actually can run a whole race or even a do a days trail ride without a major break-down it appears. Not the fastest bike out there and that is not always the most important thing to many riders.

The #13 rider (Marty) in front of me is on a RUSI ...Probably a 150cc bike, but it might be a 125cc... In any event, you can see the bike is pulling itself around the mountains here. Its a success he rides the bike out there without breaking it in half ... He pretty much agrees but says he needs a faster bike :) .. He's probably got it pinned lots of times on trail rides. Cost of this bike is ~$1,100.00. His bike also has ~16" rims to lower it to the ground.

I know this road well and these guys have never been on it to my knowledge so the odds are stacked heavily for the Husky going to the front of this line.

More Rusi action ...At least I thinking this is Rusi ...Couldn't get a good look at the bike really...

Usually, I'm not one to encourage any racing here with most of these guys in the mountains (downhills ESP) because I know they are gonna go balls-to-the-wall and I don't wanna be there and see any no-helmet crashes ..

But, in this case, we are in dirt and going uphill so the speed is kept under control pretty much. This guy is killling me ...I know he is pinned and you can see he is trying to carry his speed around the corners but encounters slower traffic ... There was a fiesta in the area and it caused lots of bike traffic for the day ... Just a great time I happened to ride across.
