Husqvarna rider Alex Salvini has won the Italian Enduro Championship. It was a very close final.

Before the last race in Cortemilia (CN) Salvini, Simone Albergoni (HM), and Thomas Oldrati (Husaberg) had the chance to win the overall title with a good result. So everything was settled up for a real thriller.

It was a close race but at the end the Husqvarna rider from Bologna won the overall classification thanks to his excellent performance with a gap of nine seconds to Albergoni in second place and Oldrati in third. In the final overall classification Alex and Albergoni have 105 points but thanks to better finishes during the season the title goes to Alex Salvini on his Husqvarna TE310R.

This syndrome started back in the 70s and (at least for me), is expected any time a rider wins on a Husky ... Its like Husky is a stepping stone to higher wages ...

    Who is this guy?
