:confused:I left my name on a call back list with a service person at BRP in anticipation for Scotts to get it together and make a unit that will fit my model-09 txc. I have the Scotts damper leftover from a previous bike, and would like to have it set up for the spring. I was wondering if anyone out here knows when this application will be available? I was curious about the setup on an other thread with pictures of a sub mounted Scotts damper on the 05 te 610. How difficult is it to market that to fit 08 -09? I don't want to try to sell this one and get a whole new damper!

Welcome VTtxc. You can get a '07 sub mount from BRP and a bolt on sub mount tower from GPR and use your Scotts damper.

I can post pictures if you need to see this set up.

How much taller does that make your handlebars from the stock position? I am looking at getting a scotts damper that would need to be sub mount. Man that looks tall though.

I don't know for sure on a CR, but on the TE it's maybe a 1/4" taller. Stock TE mounts are tall to begin with.

I can send the '07 mount up to you and you can see for yourself.
