I have a problem with my engine, it works but is missing some important parts (!)

So I'd like to find the parts that I miss. The drawing shows you broke it.
Red was what I miss.
Used, in good condition and economic shipping to France if possible (?)

Part 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 31, I need 3 screws (part 17)

I bought this bike used and it was not maintained with care.

Now I'll do it seriously and I realize that some parts are scarce.
