Did you read the sticky stuff on this site about this site about capitalization, punctuation and shortened words which might be common among folks who text each other?

Don't mind them.As for your trans.83 are pretty simple.Do the gears spin freely when the cases screws are tightened up?Sounds like something is in wrong and the gears can't move enough to shift, but when the cases are open they can.I know this dosen't sound like a clear answer.Go back and recheck everything.

As to your issue, I have taken more apart than put back together. Haven't had any shifting problems however if you can put the cases together without the crank in until you get it figured out the frustration factor should go down.

I never had any issues and never changed any parts so chances are there lies the issue. When the cases are together the shafts and rods the forks run on are no longer free to deviate.

I had in mind to delete my first post in this thread but got quoted pretty quick.

Since you have the workshop, parts list and owners manual, study them all very carefully. Check all your parts for ware and damage, then lay all your parts out in the propper assembly sections, so their all accounted for and ready to go. Then slowly go step by step by the book.
