Well, turns out my feet are bigger than I belive my TE310's frame was designed to fit. Shifting has become quite a chore, especially in my new Gaerne SG12's! I've raised the shifter up a notch which is better, but... Does anyone have any experience using the Hammerhead shift knows which move the shifter further forward? I understand the Honda CRF tips are suppose to work. Anyone have experience with that as well? Satisfied with the results?

I'm having the same problem on my '09 txc250. It looks like the distance between the footpeg and tip is only 4.25". My KTM is 5.25" which is about right.
I'm hoping there's a longer aftermarket lever out there somewhere.
