I am about to order red terra side panels for black strada. I like the red husky color for the bike. But does anyone know if the side panels (8000H5313 and 8000H5314) are ready painted i red from the factory?

Are the TR650 sticker include at the side panels? Or must I order seperatly?

No you shouldn't have to paint them as they'll already be red. You will need to order a r/h decal part # 8539432 and l/h decal part # 8539431, both the same as the Strada.

Does anyone know the part number for the Husky logo sticker that goes on the front tip of the high fender? Does this logo sticker come in red color?

Yes, sticker are 8539432 and 8539431. It is the same for terra and strada - in red:-)

I have ordered this for a change from black to a red Strada:
    1 x Aufkleber re TR 650 (8539432) = 7,26 EUR
    1 x Aufkleber li TR 650 (8539431) = 7,26 EUR
    1 x Seitenverkleidung li TR 650T (8000h5314) = 73,64 EUR
    1 x Seitenverkleidung re TR 650T (8000h5313) = 73,64 EUR

Looking forward to see the result. I will post a photo!

Sorry, I changed the subject. I am not looking for the side graphic stickers, but the little H crown logo sticker that goes on the tip of the terra front fender. I've only seen them in black, and am also wondering if it's available in red.

You can have a vinyl shop make you one.

I'm going to wrap my white panels in 3M Di-NOC carbon tonight and will have to get a new "H" sticker as well.

Just had the red panels covered with paint protective film for cars. Was only going to do from bottom of panel to the bottom of the 650 sticker, and then a piece on top, and not worry about covering the sticker. But, the guy covered it completely, and seamed it at the top of the sticker. The guy did a really good job, ran the perimeter all the way to the edges, really hard to tell there is even film on there.
I noticed a few gnarly looking scratches in the panels upon removal, just had to be in the right light. He buffed them out before installing the film.

Will see how this stuff stands up to abuse. I'm sure new panels would probably be less. :)

I chickened out on wrapping my white panels myself and just dropped them off (along with the 3M Di-NOC carbon vinyl and 3M primer 94) at a wrap shop near my work.

He said the install is going to take 2 hours at $75/hr so I hope they come out prefect :banghead: He said they should be done no later than Wednesday so as soon as I get them back I will post pics

Now I just got to find a red "H" sticker to replace the black one on the fender.

That's not bad. I'm sure they will look great. Are you running Strada black side panels?

The guy (Peter) that did mine charged me $25 material, and $150 labor. He does it on the side.

I'm thinkin' I want to do something up front in carbon. Picked up some red and black scrap pieces from a sign material supply place for free (not big enough to do anything with) The red looks cool. Thinking maybe covering part of the headlight bezel, or maybe even the fender. Fender looks hard to do, especially with raised logo.

I plasti-dipped mine at a cost of about $10. It occasionally chips or rubs off, but I just touch it up with a spare can. I'm not totally convinced that I like it, but the fact that touch-ups are a 10 second job makes me happy enough for now.

I would think the vinyl would be more durable.

I think the fact that you tried it is cool. And, you saved a bunch of money, at least for now.
There is no touching up vinyl :)

Yeah...he is doing the headlight bezel, front fender, and two rear side panels. He explained how he was going to have to do the rear sides and fender, man it sounds complicated

Hey, that's a good idea. taht stuff is awesome, we've used it to coat boards. Mix in a bunch of sand and paint it on=instant grip.

at least till it starts to come off, then you have to redo it.

I might paint some on my terra, like where my legs hit the panels. that's always slippery.

Baby powder's good for getting the sand off. Glad to hear you wear your gear.
