All 2st Silencer to expansion chamber junction?

    On my WR250 with an FMF Gnarly/Turbine core combo - the two pieces have a small amount of play and rattle at a certain rpm. Is there supposed to be some sort of rubber piece that goes over this junction???

    Yes, there is a rubber coupler that covers the joint. All two strokes have them and they are all about the same and should work on your Husky.

    TM Design also sells a billet coupler that clamps down tight around the joint, but I haven't tried one, myself.

    IMO, the newer Yamaha YZ couplers are the best.

    OK, thanks.

    Funny that you say that about the newer YZ couplers - yesterday I was riding with one and noticed the nice coupler. I tried to get him to store his bike in my garage, but he became suspicious... :D
