125-200cc SM 125 problems...

Does anyone know if 07 wr 125 rubber airbox boot fits sm 125 airbox? I have 38mm mikuni carb on my sm and the carb flange has a little bit more agressive angle, so the carb doesnt it as its supossed to. And the flange ripped already, i bought a new one but i dont want to do it again

Another problem is the power valve, it doesnt do anything. The valve in the cylinder moves freely. Could it be the power valve motor? If i directly connect it to battery it moves. Or could it be the ECU?

More power? I already have a bigger carb- mikuni tmx 38. Would a pipe from ktm exc 125 make a difference in the power? I have one at home so it would be easy option or me. Or does a short silencer make any difference?
