I have sm610 10,500km....I.E.I have allready disassemble the Engine Because the gear box(bought in thath condition).

And After thath ...engine compleatly eating oil, about 200ml on 300km,I use Shell Advance 15w-50,before thath Motul 300v 10w-40.I cant find anyone 10w-60 oil,Only 10W-50 Castrol and Motorex.

Thath huge difference cant be because (lets say )a bad oil?
It is possible thath the Man who works on engine rotate one of PISTON rings?
When starting bike not apear smoke...

Any Advice would be good. [IMG]

The big question is, where is the oil going? If it doesn't smoke then it's not being burned by the engine so you should be able to see it leaking somewhere. Is it possible that it's going to the the breather tube that goes to the frame and the frame is filling up with oil?

    Yes,You are right.
Oil doesn"t leaking anywhere,I checked so many times.
I noticed smoke only on my registration table(behind ,near the exaust) if you understand me.
When I separate the engine,I have checked the Piston rings,And they were In good condition.

I hoped that sameone who is expert in mechanics can advice me.,or confirm my theory.

I'm almost sure it caused by Piston Rings...Soon as Possible I will order the piston rings, and I will replace the cam chain too.

Thanks for answer rajobigguy.....I appreciate it. [IMG]
