It was a warm Labor day for us high plains drifters. We rode straight out of the ranch where Kim lives and out onto the rolling hills and plateaus of southern Wyoming. We stopped at a place called Maggie" spring, where there was quite the flock of sheep that scattered as we rode through. We visited an abandoned ranch, saw some wild horses, found the remains of an old bridge foundation on a cattle trail, and just roamed around taking in the scenery. It was a fine day on the prairie.
