    Hey guys.

Took my TE510 out for it's first real ride up at Ginger Cr. this weekend. The bike performed great, although I came home minus the foot brake pedal tip. I didn't realize how much I relied on that little piece until I started dropping down hills without it. The lever is fine, it just looks like the tip sheared off at some point-- probably when I dropped into one of the many ruts.

Can I buy a replacement tip anywhere, or do I need to buy an entire pedal?

EDIT: Looks like I'm not the first. Here's a thread over at TT in regards to this issue: http://www.dirtbikeworld.net/forum/archive/index.php/t-56795.html

George (Uptite...1 714 540-2920) was working on these and I believe has some stuff ready to go. He's racing in Mexico and won't be back till maybe Wed..5/3. I saw the levers and tips he had so I'm pretty sure he can fulfill.

    Cool,

Thanks for all of the replies; I should have waited for more options before making an on- line purchase.

I'll now have a KTM tip made for a 250exc on my bike. For 8 bucks, I'm not sure how well it will hold up, so I'll re- visit this thread if I break another.
