Guys, Gals and regulars of the Vintage Left Kicker Forum:

I'm feeling a little pissy tonight. As the Moderator of the Vintage Left Kicker Forum this has been on my mind for awhile.

None of you are major offenders so take this with a grain of salt. If it isn't you, ignore this post and move on.

Spelling, Punctuation, Capitilization and Sentence Structure is important. I don't believe that shortening words is cool or purposely misspelling or abbreviating words is cool. We are not texting in here. Your First and Second grade teacher wouldn't let you get away with it. They also would not let you start a sentence without a capital letter.

All I'm doing is asking you all to be conscious and aware of this. Take a little extra care when you post. This makes us all look better.

I too, do this every now and then. Feel free to call me on it if I do.

I want the Left Kicker Forum to be the shining example for the rest of CH. We are, after all, the heart and soul of all things Husqvarna!

Feel free to comment or post your thoughts.

I grew up in Canada. My French is atrocious. I live in California. My Spanish ability is minimal.Anyone that attempts to communicate in a second language is good in my books. :

The "s" in "sounds" needs to have a capital "s".

I don't like to participate in forums where the people write like they are text messaging either. It makes me feel like they are either too impatient to spell properly or like I'm on a forum with a bunch of teenagers.:excuseme:

"Spelling, Punctuation, Capitilization and Sentence Structure is important."

    #1- it's spelled capitalization
    #2- it's "... are important."

Just thought you'd want to know.

I can't believe it hasn't been brought to your attention yet that the word highlighted above (in red) is misspelled :busted:

I, too, prefer to have clearly worded posts with proper spelling and punctuation. However, I'm guilty of using some shorthand stuff sometimes...but never text-ey stuff! Oh, and I also make up words like "text-ey" sometimes:lol:

What really gets me is when someone calls another poster "a mooron", but misspell the word moron.
I have been known to make a few mistakes, so I don't throw any stones. :D

Everyone makes mistakes guys.... obviously , I just made one.

The intent of this post was to make everyone aware of this kind of stuff but more importantly to "encourage" proper spelling , punctuation etc...

As far as the Moorons go... they are everywhere!

    Merry Christmas High_Side!
