Spring rates for 1983 CR 250 Husky

Can anybody assist me with the correct spring rates for my 1983 CR250 Husky. Looking for any suggestions as the original springs are too soft. I weigh 90 kilos plus gear which is roughly 200lbs in USA.
I am going to ride the bike in Vintage motocross usually grass tracks but some motocross tracks.

Any help would be appreciated.

Is there a Husky recommended guide for weight and spring rates?

Husqvarna-parts.com shows a stiffer progressive spring for your ITC shocks. I looked at them also as I'm 250. My link is probably not correct but I know you have to put the "dash" between Husqvarna and Parts.
