Anybody have experience with these sprockets, front or rear? http://sprocketcenter.com/off-road-...ear-off-road-sprocket-sl14206r-husqvarna.html I just did a google search for "husqvarna sprockets". Thinking about replacing my sprockets and chain this winter. Prices are really low vs Ironman for the lightweight steel, for example. I don't race or ride every week so I'm thinking these might be good enough for my needs.
Never really owned one of those sprockets but I've been running these for ~2 yrs here on a couple bikes and no real wear yet on them ...The RK chains are lasting also ... Oil them well and they don't even need adjusting ... One bike was raced here and trail rode lots ... Just look in the ride \ race\ other sections. I'm sure that Ironman is good and will last also ... Pick your iron and ride-on ... I'm a long term Husky rider so I have about 3 extra right now ... Mike is a Husky parts dealer... http://www.husqvarnaworld.com <-- Nice ring to that name Michael Koenig <huskynw@gmail.com> -- PS -- If you don't ride alot, a steel sprocket might be the last you ever purchase for that bike...
Looks to be of fine quality and designed to reduce weight as well. It doesn't have to have some big name attached to get the job done either. As Ray said, it may very well be the last sprocket you buy being as how it is made of steel.
