We have lots of big bore kits out there for the 250's. Is their a stoker kit for the 310? I think this would be natural to get closer to a perfect 350.

    Why?

The 310 has about 40ish odd hp. Adding a stroker kit will just defeat the purpose of what the advantages of the 310 are; 250 handling with 400cc power.

Want more than 40 hp? Might as well buy a 450.

    Call Crank Works in AZ.
They'll make it happen for you. Expect to pay about $300+ for material and labor.

Does the 310 really make 40hp?
Those are Pro Circuit Kawi numbers there. Usually an overbore doesn't really add much HP to the equation as it does torque.

    Dynojet measured 36.

That was done by the top tech guy at Dynojet, smooth tire, PC V tuned up, more open air cage, spark arrestor in, emissions still intact lambda sensor removed & plugged and power up resistor installed.

Because the point of the trip was to develop PC V maps and do other experiments there was no attempt to change the bike for additional HP.
