i have a te510 which i usually use for only dirt but i might do a couple of light track days and was wondering if anyone sells a complete kit to put 17's on the bike and run sticky street tires

Fully converting to 17" supermoto gets pretty spendy. I'm not aware of anyone that sells a kit, but you can find a ton of info on the husky section of supermotojunkie.com People sell used SM conversion parts on there from time to time. Also, I'm sure the folks at Motostrano would be happy to sell whatever you need, but like I said, it gets pricy.

An alternative would be to put stickier tires on your existing wheels. Some supermoto races have a "sportsman" class for stock-wheeled MX bikes so people can get into it more economically. Here is some info on that subject.
