I'm getting ready to send my suspension out for a revalve on my 2011 txc 250. I primarily ride woods and race hare scrambles. Any suggestions on who to send it to and experiences from people who have had there's done. Haven't been on a husky since 04 and am out of the loop a little. Thanks in advance....... Sorry for the title being spelled wrong, can't figure out how to edit the title.

Even if it takes more time, I suggest you to do most of the revalving yourself. Even if I most of my own experience is Ohlins in snowmobiles I did like this for my -011 TE 310.
    1. Ordered a harder rear spring from Racetech (I weigh 85 kg). The front springs was okay according to them.
    2. Also ordered the Gold valve kit to the forks.
    3. Last, get the tools for your shock and forks.
    4. Make your own Word/Excel document where you wright down all facts and adjustments. One A4 for each test (every change).
When you have all this everything will at the end give you a much better understanding for your suspension. Just read the basics and use the information and tips you can find online. Any suspension guru can make your bike almost perfect but just on one track. If you go between trailriding, motocross, sand, dirt etc, they will just make it work perfect on one of those surfaces. This might not be the answer you wanted, but if you want it perfect there are no shortcuts.

I just got the suspension for my '11 TE 449 back from Factory Connection. They re-valved for woods, sprung the suspension for my weight, and shortened the shock, all for less than $700. The bike feels great now, soaks up the stuff that used to knock me off my line. I think the price would have been higher if my suspension was not brand new.

Little late but East Coast Suspension out of PA did my TE310. Great guy to work with and had my suspension just about perfect when I bolted them back on. Two-three clicks later and perfect.
