Just after some tips for my settings, im currently running standard from the shop, which was not set up for me. I have tried a few different clicks here and there but i am wondering what some of you are using:excuseme:.

What bike are you riding? Oil WT and oil volume are 2 things you can try for the forks before handing your wallet over to someone and saying fit this ...

You'll also have to set the sag, on front and rear on the bike before things start to dial in ... in some cases this calls for a trip to UR wallet for springs ...

I don't know anything about that bike except that you have the KYB forks? I'd get the sag set on the rear and set in on the clickers next ... Depending on how the bike felt after this change ... oil WT in the front is where I'd do after this if I could not get the clickers to dial the bike in any ...

At 93 kgs you are a tad over the weight the suspension springs are designed for. However if you are not launching off flat tops etc you could do the following. Get the next higher rated shock spring. For the forks I would add another 20 mills of oil per leg and dial up the clickers to about 3/4's and then experiment from there.

    I think I weigh in the area of 93kg (210lbs =me)
    I have a 09TE450
I have a complete stock sprung and valved bike
I am an confident C-rider (enduros)/ tight single track- (hang with good B-riders) I don't "race enough" hold back to prevent injury at 39 years old-
I made small clicker adjustments till I was happy - added rebound took away some compression.
Comming off Ktm's this bike feels like a magic carpet ride- and is perfect for me. My brother has been on Ktms for over a decade and has a 300 and a revalved 450 Ktm and likes my bike's suspension better. He's a confident B rider (enduros).
Not saying I wouldn't benifit from a professional tuner- you never know what great suspension is till you've had it (and suspension seems to get better and beter on bikes)- but this feels perfect for me (stock).

I have a bit more sag in the rear- but am in the recomended area and static is also in the recomended area. I think I am at 105/35mm.
I don't have my clicker settings on hand but could get them if you want.

I was just talking to George about this and he said, assuming you've ridden the bike a while and broken it in, if you're not using all the fork travel you probably could do with a lighter weight oil and a different oil height. He said the clicker adjustment is strictly a rider thing to mess with till you find something that makes you happy.....not something the shock rebuilder can predict.

have a 09 te 450 and getting the forks right was a proplem for me i did everything to try to get it right im 85kg so in the end i got the forks done at teknic suspenssion thay did new piston and shim adjustment this alows the oil to flow better in the shock so this means better adjustment on your clickers the out come for me was verry good so you must try every thing first and if all fails try a suspenssion rebuilder ps the 09 shocks are a bitch the new 010 kyb shocks are better to set up good luck and play :D:D
