Im looking for someone to overhaul and set up my 09 SM450R suspension. preferably in the mid Atlantic area.
Typically I recommend LT-Racing but he does a lot of off road and is on the west coast. So... I recommend Richard at House of Horsepower. He has done extensive SM setups for upper level riders. Knows his stuff for sure. Is in Oklahoma. http://houseofhorsepower.com/
thanks pretty much everyone on the supermoto forum said fastbike industries is the one to go with. they use Ohlins products and are in NC.
You might at least want to think about WER. Drew seems to know suspensions and does gncc bikes. http://www.werproducts.net/
Drew at WER made my 08 te450 into a new bike. It's pretty much a dual sport bike, though I'll take it anywhere I ride my ktm 200. I told him I ride the road/dirt road probably 60-80% and st the rest. I can add some compression/damping for the road and when I get into st, back them off a bit and it works well there too. I would imagine he has a good handle on sm or would point you in the right direction.
