Trying to remove the main fulcrum pin that runs through the swing arm, engine case and frame but it will not budge.! It will turn (all be it slightly due to the flat on one end of the pin) but I cannot get it out. When I hit it with a hammer it sounds solid.

    Am I missing something??
    The bike is a 2004 wr 250

    Thanks for any advise

Grease that swing arm spindle before reassembly.

All back together now with some good water proof grease in there. New front wheel bearings are fitted too, now trying to work out why the DRC led brake light doesn't work properly. All mot fails unfortunately. Can't seem to get my head round why the brake light will only light up the same brightness as the tail light, so when the lights are on you cannot tell that the brake light is on.

Fit the standard one for MOT then change it back to the led.
