Hey, quick question, on the rear swing arm, as the bolt passes through the motor, are there needle bearings in there also, or is it just steel bushings?

    Thank,

    The dummy. LOL

The bearings are in the swingarm. Good thing to take it apart once a year. We've just had the back end of four bikes torn down and in each one the bearings were shot. Lesson learned.

Got the answer, there are no bearings in the block as the bolt passes through. Only in the swing arm. Yep, the bearing in the link to shock was almost locked up. Going to have the kids tear into all the hondas also.

    Thanks

I installed grease fittings on all the rear suspension pivots on my TE- no more dry and rusted bearings.
