If you are looking for the chain slider/rubbing block on top of the swingarm, UFO Plastics nmakes a chain slider. Not sure if it's as good or better than stock though. Maybe it will work good enough with this mod... http://motoman393.thumpertalk.com/tech/swingarm.html

thanks Andyman. I have the BRP guide, I am looking for a swingarm slider, near the pivot. I thought TM had them, but couldn't find it on their site. Ah, I will check the UFO slider out. thanks Duke.

be advised a slider with a higher hump is in the works helps neutralize acceleration squat/compression. ZipTy is in R&D

1+ on the BRP my 06 TE250 had one. I removed it when I sold it and installed it on my 08 TE610 no issues.

I need a new solution for this too. I've blown through three stock ones and 1 aftermarket (UFO). I even tried going to a larger front and rear sprocket to *see* if that might make a bit of difference. I thought I remember a post somewhere saying a KTM slider will work. So I'm just bumping this thread up hoping that maybe a new idea is out there, as I am on the market for yet ANOTHER chain slider. :P

Incidentally, the UFO is poorly designed and doesn't even cover all the swingarm area that the chain could make contact with. With this aftermarket one, the chain actually caught the side of the slider and ripped the bolt out. Special!
