Sprocket applications are the same as IT Husky !
    RS300R 13-49
    RS500R 13-47
Both are geared a bit too high and will benefit from using a 50t or 51t rear sprocket for off-roadl usage.

I have the stock 13/47 gearing on my TE 510 and there is no way I would want it any lower. I think the stock gearing for it is perfect for off road.

Gear ratios on the RS300R and the RS500R are definitely trail riding friendlier with a low 1, then closer ratio, but they are still final grared more for hiway use than technical trails.

I have spoken with some Husky dealers who previously sold the "red-head" IT Huskys and in general they say that parts from the "red-head" era are not hard to come by from Cross Industries - Husky (CIH). However if you are looking for parts for your "red-head" Husky and are not able to find something we'd like to know. For one we'd like to compare more SWM and IT Husky part numbers in our parts price list and secondly check pricing and availability. With SWM and CIH using different vendors in many cases, but with SWM using some of the original vendors we'd like to be able to see what crosses over.

Send us an email to info@motomandist.com with the part numbers you are looking for along with the year and model Husky......Remember pretty much "red-head" Husky's only since the SWMs available to us as En or SMs are based on that platform. No 2Ts stuff is available fro SWM.

I absolutely agree. The stock gearing on my RS500 is way to low for open going. It's ok for Single trial and fire trail but once out in the open tapped in top you will need 15/45, this will stop the poor girl revving it heart out. A very capable dirt bike indeed.

No, this bike is a 2010 TE series bike. They do work on the weak spot of that model. I have a RS500, I rode the TE510 side by side the TE had 1500 klms on it, and the RS500 was far more plush and had a smooth power delivery, Dual exhaust benefit I was assume.

    Hi, everyone.
I am looking to cross referance some parts on my RS500. Starting with ECU and sensors, also be aware if you happen to fry a Lambder sensor ...they are expensive.. Here is Oz you are looking at $475. Dont drop them in a cold river when they are hot... They dont like it..

The O2 sensor in the exhaust system, it's $475! I have 4 of them we pulled from our Italian Husky's when we did the p/u. Let me know if you need another.

Well guys in had my first dealings with SWM parts. The front sprocket is not Husqvarna. It is SWM ...Don't go buying TE510 2010 front,, it won't fit.. drive shaft is Z14, Husqvarna is Z12

I'd bought a spare front sprocket before I saw this post. Huskydude59 is correct, swm have 14t spline, the husky sprocket has 12t.....bugger.
I can't find a listing for swm at all on renthal, supersprox or jt websites. Does anyone know of a manufacturer that lists one or has a cross reference that suits. Surely swm didn't redesign the output shaft to something unique, it must be the same as something out there........I hope.

    I'm keen to try a 14t front with a 48t rear.

    Cheers.
