    Ok, I'm giving up...
I have resprung, fork vent, changed oil and turned the clickers
Thinking about sending them away and have some mods done.
Local store says that they have had success with revalve but the more I read the more I feel there is some more mods needed ?
One option they have is mx tech parts and i just wanted to hear with you boys and girls what u think.
Asymmetrical mod and or huck valves ?
    Thanks for any inputs.
PS. I read all about the jetting issues and tried the Suzuki needle
THANKS, that was frickin awesome :)

I am right behind you, I am thinking factory connection. 700 was my quote. Need to service soon anyway so will take my hit at one time.
This includes parts (piston, bottoming control, etc).

Factory connection did mine and they were like butter.... around $600 no springs.... Many tuners are using Huck Valves

whichever you use just have them do the suspension OEM standard 2 each of reb/comp valves 1 per leg. instead of 1 comp and reb, 1 per leg ....... that single use valve just doesn't seem to handle the oil dampening flow.

ESR, ZipTy, ProCircuit, Race Tech do pretty much the same REB top Comp to bottom 2 leg set up. Those other guys all do other mods some very similar some not, but all are for the same interest to get the fluid to dampen the stroke and not get harsh fluid lock up under speed and load due to small insufficient valve body orifaces.
PS I like the guys (majority and OEMs) that stick with the tri flow valves ( all the OEMs use them and Race Tech makes theirs) not Bi flow valves that some tuners use.
And don't forget suspension tuning can take time....so many guys send in forks and think magic will happen, it takes time and effort to get them where you want.

The MXTECH 4CS asymmetrical system includes the huck valves. I have it in my 2014 FE501 installed by MXTECH themselves. I live near their shop so it's an easy choice for me. Lots of adjustability. Just because a shop can order the system doesn't mean they know how to install them and set them up correctly. I'd just make sure whoever installs this system is very familiar with them and does them regularly.

Just to throw another option in the mix, if you are in the PNW, Evo Industries does good work and is affordable. I've had FC 4CS forks and Evo 4CS forks, and going to a small tuner who you can talk to is pretty cool. Was cheaper, too. http://www.evoind.com/

Thanks for info, my dealer is a smaller one with their own workshop.
There are a few other shops within a few hours that only does suspension but then again its nice and convenient to have them just around the corner.
Im aware that this is a process, was just hoping to shorten it down by i.e. MXTech parts.
