TE/TC TE 300 frame guards - tired of waiting

Aftermarket for inexpensive frame guards hasn't caught up with the new huskies
So....
Took some HDPE cutting board sheet from tap plastics
Make a template
Wrap, snug with zip ties, slow heat, tighten...repeat
Done
Form fit
Holds tight with tabs cut in the backside and two zip ties
Chemical resistant and it's cutting board material

Good idea. Do you have any pics installed? I went through this last spring with my 501. I used the blue ones from the husky book and some black non slip film for the lower part above the pegs.

I cut and laid down some clear number plate sheet on the frame as a buffer first on both sides

North of me, Skagit Powersports, honest no bs out of the store on 20 min with the bike.
Setting it up now, grease all bearings, guards, Tubliss, springs etc- we all know the routine.
