Just had power up kit added, what an improvement!
Still has low end bog on initial acceleration ?
Can not lug along ( below 9 mph), stalls out.
    Any Help?

Is the bike broken in? How many hours/miles on it?

Get the 2012 TXC ECU and injector and be done with it. JD Jetting will help a bit, but not a full fix. I'd put the money towards a proper fix, which means ECU and Injector. It's about $350-380 depending on your dealer for both. You can also go lower gearing, which helps. I'm running 12/52 and love it for the mountain single track. I can idle in the grass on slight incline at 4mph.

Before you start buying parts, get it broken in hard, ride it like you stole it, thrash it, change the oil a couple times, the tolerances are pretty tight on a well made Husky and it takes time to loosen it up, it did mine.

Thanks,I'll change gearing first since I planned on doing this.I've been impressed with the power above 4000
rpm.I can't imagine what the 12 hole injector feels like.

Mine will do that without the ecu and with the 10 port injector and JD tuner.

I agree, 10 hrs is a baby. Ride it for a while and see how it acts.

    Double that.

It'll get better as it loosens up. After 250-300 miles, you should notice a difference. You may still want to go with the '12 ecu/injector and/or a JD tuner, but you may find it smooths out enough for you and you're OK with that.

I think that is a smart plan, get your gearing figured out first as engine tuning will not help a wrong gearing setup, then try to get some miles on that baby. You can always leave the injector and ECU for next year's upgrade. From my experience with the 2 ECUs, it will feel like you got a new bike.

What do people think of Map II, on their 2012 TE310's (or 250's)?

Is the off idle issue the same on both maps or what?

I like map 2 for the nasty stuff hill climbs etc. bit more control I find
Map 1 is when I wanna have fun and be a bit silly :P

Btw mines standard ecu-injector just tuned by RnD husky :)

I know the bikes are all a bit different and have different components (exhausts) etc but just throwing out my fairly stock settings.

No JD or power commander, stock injector and ECU on a 2012 TE 310

    CO 1 is 113.0
    CO 2 is 107.0
    CO 3 is 103.0

Idle seems to be around 1950.

Still only 600 miles so not fully boken in (except for the rings I'm sure). Doesn't have the smooth idle of my 2008 with nearly 2000 miles but seems to be getting a bit better. Runs smoother as it gets warmer.

ETA ran around in Race Map II and it's a bit smoother around town.

Well I attempted to upload iPhone vids of mine, not to rub it in but to prove they can work well without the new ECU and 12 port injector and with some time on the motor and fine tuning. Mine has the "mistake" Kawi 10 port injector and a JD tuner. Not that those are cheap but just to show options. I made a crappy vidof trying to get the speedo on cam while idling at around 5-6 MPH (@ around 1950 RPM with 12/50 gearing which helps) and another doing the same while pulling on the front brake. Still no stall.

Anyway, if interested i can email it, couldnt get it to upload here.
