TE 510 ... with smr wheels ???

    hey guys. i bought a set of sumo wheels for my te. for now im just gonna use my stock front caliper but the front wheel is set up with a 320mm rotor. what kind of bracket do i need to make the stocl caliper work on the 320 mm rotor and where do i get one ?? thanks guys, scott

    try calling GP cycles in San Diego, they are a great resource for Husky SM info. When I mounted a set of wheels from a 610 SM onto my TE510 (2007), I used a KTM bracket and had it machined down to accommodate the slight offset the Husky 320mm rotor has. At the time, it was almost impossible to find a bracket for the Husky.

    how does the 510 tranny handle the high speed on the road? different sprocket?

    i havent ridden it to much on the road yet. mostly woods, fire roads, dirt/gravel mountain roads etc... i did run a couple supermoto races tith stock size street tires and the tranny handled it just fine. i run shell rotella oil and change it fairly often and havent seen anything funky drain out. ... :thumbsup:
