I pulled the injector and it has 4 holes in it. I put power to the injector and blew compressed air thru it, only had air coming out 2 of the holes. I think this is my problem but after reading this I'm not $240 sure!! The new TE 630 engine features a 45 mm throttle body with the fast idle control on the handlebars and there is now a 300 Kpa Mitsubishi "twin jet" fuel injector fitted to the throttle. Would twin jet mean only 2 of the holes are used? or just a fancy name for it?
After much research, the injector sprays 2 streams of fuel, 2 holes are angled to spray together at each intake valve.
