TE 630 with 2.5" rear rim 130/80 or 140/80

    Looking for opinions and suggestions.

    The tire in mind is the Mitas E-09. It's REALLY fat for it's stated width as can be seen in the links below.

    Mitas 130/80-18

    Mitas 140/80-18

    The 140 measures like a 150 - had one on my KTM 950. It's HUGE.

    I talked to the Canadian distributor (MX-1) a while ago about the E-09 and he recommended the 130 for the 630. I think Mechanic runs or has run these on his bike.

    I do run the 130 on my bike, could run the 140 but I have a larger sprocket on the back with the stock chain. I would run into the flap with the larger tire. Awesome tire though, great service from MX-1
