When you change from regular to race ECU is this just plug and play or do I need to reset TPS and CO numbers. It is at 105,105,105 now. I posted this here on the EFI section and 4 stroke in case different people follow here. I know this is a blast from the past but I hope someone remembers. Thanks.

Yes, reset TPS and adjust CO.

I HAD George (Uptite Racing in Santa Ana) do the swap on my 2012 TE 310.

what are the side effects on the engine of having the normal ECU replaced with Race ECU? for example engine life reduced, etc?

Richer mix, a little more effective advance curve.
    I don't see a negative

    Maybe lower mileage.
