Te630 shutting off and airbox backfire

    Did a short ride on my new te630.

    Came to a light and it stalled, took a second to start and it sounded like a airbox backfire

    Other than that the bike runs great. Seems 10x faster than my previous 2011 sm630, not sure why. It rips!

    Maybe idle speed? Not sure what the recommended idle revs are but my 630 came running with 1500 rpm and yes it was prone to stalling. I've upped the idle speed to abt 1750 and seems to be a lot more stable.

    PU installed?

    It probably seems faster due to the lower gearing and the more responsive TE ECU.
