Just got done replacing the camchain and tensioner on my TE630 Husky. Now its really hard to start, and wont idle! I suspected the fuel pump, but tried a spare, and its no better. Looks like the tank, radiators and valve cover are coming off again to quadruple check the valve timing! And just to top it all off, my new clutch master cylinder is leaking and the dogs have run away!

It sounds like you are writing a country song! Sure doesn’t sound like a great time. I don’t think you would be chasing a fuel problem as I usually find that it is in the section that was disassembled ie wiring or incorrect assembly. Those timing marks can be deceiving.

Spot on Mekanik..... valve timing was a tooth out! Running like a champ now. And I fitted my new SWM clutch master cylinder. And the dogs are back!
